Bound

So this is the huge moving statue outside of the Seattle Art Museum. Normally the hand with the hammer moves in a striking motion, but since they're doing construction (related to the 40 story building in "Focus") they've bound the arm up to keep it from moving. There's great symbology at work there, but the perfect caption is just out of reach.
