The Sunset - San Francisco - Software Tilt-Shift
Software Tilt-Shift effect - gimp with focusblur plugin. Created a white layer and set it's transparency to ~90%, did a bilinear black to white gradient and then focusblur'd the image layer using the white layer as a depthmask. A pretty cool effect.
